Staggered openings: Free Centres (eligible residents) on December 1 at 7:00 AM; Older Adult programs (ages 60+) on December 7 at 10:00 AM; Toronto, East York and Etobicoke locations on December 8 at 7:00 AM; North York and Scarborough locations on December 9 at 7:00 AM. Programs are available to browse and plan starting November 17, 2026, and winter activities start the week of January 4, 2027.
